Refund Policy

At PM Career Catalyst, we strive to provide exceptional products and services to our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. In such cases, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to address your concerns.

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within three (3) calendar days of your purchase. Refund requests made after the three-day period will not be considered. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as issues with the product.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by email at support@pmcareercatalyst.com. Be sure to include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address used for the purchase

  • Order number

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request

Upon receiving your refund request, our customer support team will review your case and respond within five (5) business days. If your refund request is approved, you agree to return all materials provided to you as part of your purchase, including but not limited to the Squarespace Template, Case Study Template, and Networking Scripts. Failure to return these materials within ten (10) business days of the refund approval will result in your refund being voided. 

Refund Amount
Once we confirm program materials have been returned, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within ten (10) business days after we receive and inspect the returned materials.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed and posted. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team at support@pmcareercatalyst.com for further assistance.

Policy Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the product has been used, altered, or damaged, or if the refund request is submitted outside the three-day refund eligibility window.
